Trade Winds to Success provides pre-trades training and support to Indigenous people in Alberta, to secure employment and journeyperson status in the construction trades, leading to economic self-sufficiency.

As an Indigenous-led non-profit organization, their goal is to narrow the apprenticeship gap between Indigenous and non-Indigenous Albertans and decrease gender disparity in the trades. Since 2005, more than 3,000 Indigenous people have participated in their training programs, many of which now hold or are pursuing journeyperson status in their respective trade.
